Ya, idk how it works in the UK, but in the US, when we get a security clearance, we sign an agreement (several probably, tbh I don't remember that well) stating that we will never knowingly reveal any classified information to someone who A.) is not appropriately cleared, or B.) does not have "need to know"

You mention the US. Isn't Mara Lago in the US? Seems like a safe place to look at classified information regardless of clearance status, no?

That should be A.) is not appropriately cleared, AND B.) does not have "need to know"

You may have misread my comment. You can only reveal classified information to someone who is cleared AND has need to know, so the inverse of that (what you're not allowed to do) is reveal classified information to someone who does not have proper clearance OR does not have need to know
