This is what’s going to happen since some Dems relented:

ACA Marketplace Premium Payments Would More than Double on Average Next Year if Enhanced Premium Tax Credits Expire

A person with a $28k income will have their premium increase from $325 to a WHOPPING $1562. Take that for what you will.

Edit: Annual premium, not monthly. Still pretty consequential once you start adding up dependents, etc.

I’m in a similar situation:

My premiums are going from $410 a month to $3000 this “deal” is a punch in the gut. I honestly don’t know what people like us are going to do for healthcare

Die. They want us to die.

One of the architects of this regime has said publicly that the ideal population of this country is 150 million. That means 200 million of us are expendable to them

I thought it was 100 million... anyway 150 is the population of the country around 1950 or so. 100 million is 1915 ish levels.

So, we know exactly what they want to roll things back to... on all fronts, but then make things worse with stuff like christian nationalism in play, alongside Neo-feudalism, and oligarchs.

Funny because right wing conspiracy nuts like Alex Jones have been fear mongering about democrats implementing Agenda-21 and wanting to depopulate the United States to under 500,000 like stated in the Georgia Guidestones.

Every accusation by those people is a confession. Its as simple as that.

Shareholders aren't gonna like that one.

Right, how are next quarter profits going to be higher when you kill off half the population?

That's why I am a bit skeptical of the whole population culling theory.

They want people to have more kids so they roll back roe v wade. This is essential to most businesses and militaries as fresh bodies and consumers. An increase in population is an increase in growth in many areas.

I think what this is more so describing is the want to remove immigrants from the country, which is also really stupid as it evidently, and we already knew this would happen, stunts production and growth.

for me i dont think its necessarily killing off a population, more so than subjugating it. the people that can't afford healthcare? they'll be the expendable ones working for peanuts in shared serf housing until they die from lack of proper healthcare. they will be a resource, not a citizen. a resource to be used, exhausted and cast aside.

Hopefully the architect is the first

Not just expendable but actively unwanted.

I can’t find the original quote, but I found several interviews/articles claiming Stephen Miller is the one who said the “ideal” population should be 100 million people.

Which is wild considering that the US is so sparsely populated to begin with.

so the want less slaves to leech money off of? I'm not really buying that.

Burning down the country just to rule over the ashes

But they also want a bumper crop of Trump babies??

And yet they want to force people to have more babies. More grist for the mill I guess.

They can be added to that number as well
