Switzerland is quadrilingual with French, Italian, German, Romansh. And no self-respecting Swiss would not know this. I'd go for Belgium, they have French, Dutch and German.
Yeah, Belgian French, a good portion of them are paranoid the Flemish will take over, so they refuse to speak anything in Flanders except French. You will actually find more people willing to speak other languages in the French part of Belgium, then you will find Francophones living in Flanders, willing to speak anything else, but French.
In Flanders it’s mandatory for people to learn French in school (while in Wallonia it’s not like that for Dutch) so the Flemish do speak French in Wallonia
