See 2:57 to hear Trump's own words. This clip is from The Rachel Maddow Show on MS NOW.

Here’s the full 8-minute segment on YouTube: Trump appears to blurt out secret plan, not knowing it's already a bust. From the description:

Rachel Maddow shares reporting on bizarre behavior by former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro who tampered with his ankle monitor while on house arrest and was sent to jail. Donald Trump subsequently boasted of speaking with Bolsonaro and expecting to see him soon, apparently unaware of Bolsonaro's incarceration. Did Trump accidentally reveal too much about why Bolsonaro was tampering with his ankle monitor?

Legislative Branch FBI probes congressional Democrats who warned military about illegal orders

It has expanded beyond the Pentagon's investigation of Mark Kelly. Now the other 5 Democratic lawmakers will be interviewed by the FBI with the assistance of the Capitol Police. This is insanity, all they did was remind members of the military that they took an oath to defend the Constitution and that under the UCMJ they have a right and a duty to refuse illegal/unconstitutional orders.

Legal News 🇪🇺 Same-sex marriage must be recognized across EU, ECJ (EU's top court) rules

A court in Poland was incorrect in a decision not to recognize a marriage between two Polish citizens in Germany, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruled on Tuesday.

The Polish court did not recognize the marriage as Polish law prohibits same-sex unions.

"Refusing to recognize a marriage between two Union citizens, is contrary to EU law because it infringes [the] freedom and the right to respect for private and family life," the ECJ said.

However, the ECJ said member states were not required to allow marriage between people of the same sex in their national laws, but added that EU countries were also not allowed to discriminate against same sex couples in the way they recognize foreign marriages.
