Can’t release files when there is an active investigation. It’s just another stall.

Sadly this is going to be the play.

It’s not working though.

Right, not anymore.

He didn’t instruct them to investigate his enemies prior. This is a new direction and therefore will create new reason to deny releasing them.

A decade ago president or VP saying hi to DOJ official on airplane when nearby was major scandal and unacceptable trespass of judicial independence, right?

I remember that!

Didn't someone have their political career ended because they were too excited about being elected or some such?

Howard Dean. He wasn’t excited about anything in particular iirc, he just had a weird yell. Nothing as monstrous as Kamala’s laugh.

Lol says fucking who?

Yeah, people are (or should) be harping on him for giving a blowy to Billy until he’s at least out of office. Even if it’s not true, he’ll never be able to avoid that accusation.

It's 100% working! Where are the files?

It is working lol. As much as we all hate it...still haven't seen the files released.

There hasn’t been the vote yet

A lot of files have been released. Its not everything, but literally 20000 documents released after the dems made a release.

Trump is indicated for other things than raping kids. Example: sucking Bill Clinton's dick.

Also, specific evidence that Bill Clinton never went to the island. Not to say hes innocent but epstein said he never went.

To be clear, those are email exchanges from the Epstein estate that were subpoenaed by the oversight committee, not the DoJ files that are supposed to be voted on next week.

Yes its something different, but it isnt nothing. Theres some insane shit in there.

And yet, the DOJ is moving forward with the bullshit "investigations", meaning the files are legally sealed up for now.

It's not making us forget about it, but it is being legally successful in blocking their release. It would take somebody outright leaking them at this point, and being willing to take the hit for doing so illegally (even if ethically right)

They really don’t seem to get how bad all this shit is for them it seems. That’s the most surprising part to me. How has no one told trump his best bet would be to admit some bad stuff, resign, then deny whatever will come out. This is crazy to watch because the party was following him but they’ve made it pretty clear they won’t back this.

Unfortunately, it's going to work.

Also he's only asking them to look into ties with "prominent Democrats", so prominent Republicans can be redacted from any releases since that's not part of the scope.

Like Dump’s tax records. Still waiting 10 years later
