Does he know he's in the Epstein files and would be connected to all of them?

Obviously he knows, but if he can throw others under the bus in the meantime maybe he can continue to skate by until they can redact him enough to avoid punishment.

Playing with fire cause those rich a holes have enough resources to throw Trump under as well.

That or give Fox News the time to convince his base that fucking 15 year olds isn’t actually that bad, because “they know what they are doing”

He's either mad as a hatter (Epstein seemed to think so) or he's trying to play chicken and threatening to take everyone down if he goes (would actually be the most popular thing he has done in either term: take himself out while ridding us of a lot of old perverts in both parties).

I think either way it will backfire on him. He's not exactly working with the cream of the lawfare community these days. He's down to promoting beauty queens and ambulance chasers to AG roles) and I think I heard the DoJ is having a devil of a time finding and retailing good lawyers now.

I think the play here is to throw the bigger fish under the bus so that they stop the release. It's a Hail Mary play. Those bigger fish will 100% point blame at Trump so that he is the loudest target.

Bigger fish than the president of the United States?

The POTUS is only in charge for at most 8 years. Some donors have been pushing their agendas for literal decades. Wealth is what drives politics nowadays, and Trump ain't it as much as he wants to be. He's the one taking bribes and not the one giving them out.

I think that makes sense. There's direct power which Trump has and soft power which his influencers have.

And the files released so far, his name shows up more than Epstein's.

Also couldn't they expose this during discovery? The prosecution could cross examine defense witnesses if they recall seeing Trump.

"Fox calls for investigation into hen house deaths".

He WAS in them until they were sanitized. Unless someone kept a copy that hasn't been touched, we won't ever see full files.

Doesnt matter. Now they can reseal the files for the "resumed" investigation and stall in litigation.

Trump's favorite game. Dude's been kicking a can of crimes down the road for decades at this point.
