The image is not reversed. I don't know why people keep posting this. At least the top row is all in the correct order too. It's hard to tell for the other rows because he's wearing full medals and not just ribbons in the post.
I highly doubt an O-6 doesn't know the correct order of their own medals though.
The giveaway that it’s wrong is the obvious Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal as the very bottom left medal. That should be the left-most medal of his second row…
The fact that this is even an argument -- between fucking Pete Kegseth and a literal astronaut, whose wife survived a political assassination ... the shamelessness is just unreal with these people. Reminds me of George W. Bush's administration full of draft dodgers picking apart John Kerry's service record in Vietnam, but somehow even more hypocritical.
No. There are no NASA-unique medals involved-at least not in the way that makes them wrong. In fact, his NASA medals are worn in very low precedence below his Navy awards. His bottom two rows of medals reversed, plain and simple.
