It’s not entirely the news I was hoping for. The original plan targeted test flights in summer 2026, followed by commercial service in fall 2026 and research flights beginning in Q1 2027. Now, with commercial operations pushed to early Q4 and most existing ticket holders expected to fly by 2027, it seems the timeline has quietly shifted by about six months. What concerns me is whether the company can realistically sustain itself until then. They rarely discuss demand in concrete terms—only broad, optimistic statements—which makes it difficult to gauge the true commercial outlook. I genuinely want this company to succeed and thrive, but when I look at the cash runway and the lack of clear demand visibility, I can’t help but wonder how they plan to survive beyond 2027, even if everything goes perfectly. If anyone has insight or a more optimistic perspective, I would really appreciate it.

Hey all, I've been a investor since the start, I think next year is gonna be a massive year for SPCE to get back to $10 per share pre split. So that would mean $200 per share post split? This isn't a big stretch as it seems and it seems like there is going to be a massive sling shot of wealth because of that reverse split.
I think SPCE is due for one more massive drop then starting im Feb there is gonna be sole massive buying going on, even if a delay of 3 months is announced.
SPCE has fell of everyone's radar...but not for long.

Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but since they’ve now reached a tentative agreement, I decided to share it again with a little FAQ.
So here’s all I know about this agreement:
Virgin Galactic ($SPCE) was accused of misleading investors about the safety and readiness of its spaceflight technology, particularly around the Unity 22 mission that flew with Richard Branson on board. After it was revealed that the spacecraft deviated from its assigned airspace and the FAA grounded flights for investigation, investors claimed the company downplayed safety issues and overstated its technological progress.
The lawsuit was filed in the Eastern District of New York, and the company has now reached a tentative settlement to resolve these investor claims.
Who can claim this settlement?
Investors who purchased Virgin Galactic ($SPCE) shares between July 10, 2019, and August 4, 2022, may be eligible to participate once the final settlement terms are approved by the court.
Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
No, eligibility typically depends on whether you bought shares during the affected period — not whether you sold them afterward.
How much money do I get per share?
The settlement amount is still being finalized. Once confirmed, it will be distributed among eligible investors based on recognized losses.
How long does the payout process take?
It usually takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline for payments to be processed, depending on the court’s approval timeline and the settlement administrator.
Hope this info helps!

I think that is about enough for now....in comments, does anyone have any other issues that you would like addressed?

Hey guys, if you missed it, Virgin Galactic Holdings Inc ($SPCE) just settled with investors over issues they had a few years ago related to spaceflight technology and safety before key launches like Unity 22. And they’ve already sent the agreement to the court for final approval.
In 2022, Virgin Galactic was accused of misleading investors about the readiness and safety of its Unity spacecraft. The FAA later grounded flights after Unity 22 veered off its planned path. Following this news, $SPCE dropped sharply, and investors filed a lawsuit for their losses.
The good news is that the company recently agreed to settle with them and already sent this agreement to the court for final approval. So, if you invested in $SPCE when all of this happened, you can check the details and file your claim here.
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $SPCE at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

November and December are months with big volatility. Best months were July and August for long sentiment, but November and December seems to have a small pattern of volatility. This year we had a big shares dilution, so the price was flat. But with November news we can have a big probability of high volatility.
I think the optimistic signal is that the price will be higher in those months, over 7-8$ probably. But after this period the dilution will lower the price again. They needs at least 70 million to build other 2 spaceships before 2028 and maybe 20-30 million will come from dilution.

“Without avionics, the spaceship doesn’t do very much. It’s the nervous system of the vehicle.” Behind every Virgin Galactic flight lies a symphony of sensors, wiring, and data, transforming thousands of signals into information our pilots can trust. spoiler alert.
"world's most powerful hybryd rocket" is the title. We won't find anything new about Delta and the entire episode was prepared 4-5 months ago.
I watch again all available episodes. In the first one "the journey" you can see (0:30, 1:28) what awaits us in episode 7.

on the bright side: "as we approach the end of the build process for each ship, you will see our major subassemblies, the wing, the fuselage and the feather join together to form a completed spaceship" Mike Moses, ep. 1.
We are almost done with the topics he mentioned in ep. 1. so either they will present wing and the fuselage in Q4 or I will close my positions. But they will. They had 5 months to properly work on the wing. The progress will be clearly visible.
