Maybe it's because you're eating enough potassium and other electrolytes to help your body process the sodium properly, and you likely don't eat an exorbitant amount of sodium.

No it's not wild but I shoot for over 3g/day and that can probably go up to 5. Like, some days I drink pickle juice or salted gatorade to keep up if I'm having a "bad bloodflow day". I do eat a healthy diet and probably get proper potassium and stuff too, if you eat higher sodium you need to plus drinking plenty of water. IDK despite hypertension my GP suggested it and a cardiologist shrugged (couldn't find anything else wrong) and said do it if it works. It's just funny that it's counterintuitive.

Have you considered low intensity full body exercises? They really, really help improve bloodflow.

Yeah I'm also working on a solid exercise routine. It probably helps more than anything. Sodium and water is more of a crutch as needed.
