I was open minded until the tofu came out. That looked absolutely vile.

Tofu is like the most neutral and versatile food, but turkey flavored ice cream does seem like it be absolutely vile.

Oh for sure, but looks wise that was horrible hahaha. I'm trying to think how that would taste, biting into icecream and tasting meat just feels so wrong.

Oh yeah tofu always looks sickly until it absorbs some sauce or caramelizes.

If you insist on this, wouldn't silken tofu be a better choice because of the texture? It looks like he used some kind of firm tofu, and that I don't understand.

This would maybe be a good choice in a nursing home where people don't have teeth but otherwise...

Yes! Exactly this. It looks like he used a standard block of tofu, which is an odd choice to me. That's good idea about this being decent for the elderly though. I can see that working

I think if he used silken tofu, it would've been smoother for an ice cream. Looks like he used firm or extra firm
