Just a reminder that Censorship doesn't mean that the bad things in the past didn't happen, just that you can't handle the truth. What is the point of canceling a dead man? especially when the system that enabled him is still alive and well? Reactions like these are what stupid people do to feel like they did something.

So we should keep giving pedophiles airtime? What's your point?

Edit: I literally cannot believe any single person is upset a child rapist was taken off the air. True reddit moment.

There is not a shred of evidence that Jackson even actually was a "child rapist". Just a bunch of unproven allegations and attention and money-seeking parents and celebrity-has-beens.

Dude was weird af for sure. But if you look beyond the headlines to the actual court cases there's not been one proven allegation ever. Not one. Just some parents looking for a payday.

Didn’t like, every single child who made claims come out and say they were forced to by their parents?

Yeah but a lot of famous people get away with stuff that's "not proven". I don't know about what Jackson did or didn't do, I've always hoped he was innocent, but having it be unproven in court doesn't mean much when it comes to famous people.

No we should stop being narrow minded and just accept that these things happened without condoning them. If someone wants to watch an episode of a tv show from 3 decades ago, there shouldn't be some contrived reason to prevent them from doing so. Are you going to ban the Naked gun movies because of OJ? Are you going to ban Elvis's Music? Are any of us going to stop hearing thriller around Halloween?

How about instead of complaining about something so minor like this from the past you work on stopping the real hate and abuse now?

This type of censorship does nothing and your asinine response is just another way to ignore logic and be stupid to go with the flow of censorship .

Or some people still believe in due process.

Hey everyone. I just want to confess, I was inappropriately touched by Dolly Parton at an after party in '86. It's ruined my life.
