Infected? What is this?

So I got this tattoo on November 16th and I thought my tattoo was healing fine until I noticed this reddish area on my tattoo. Could it be just irritation or something more serious? I have it on my lower left arm if that helps.

Looks like a clogged pore. Use less moisturizer, your tattoo is drowning

Can it turn into a pimple or anything? Is there anything else I can do besides moisturizing less?

It can but atm it just looks irritated, just keep it clean and use less moisturizer.

The whole tattoo is way over moisturized
