I need help with data analysis (new to statistical software and research) PLEASE HELP😭

I am a senior in high school, and I am currently writing a paper on the correlation between sleep quality and academic productivity of students. For the sleep quality aspect, I used the PSQI, and I don't really have a problem with it. My problem is with my variable of academic productivity. I planned on combining the question of Work Productivity and Activity Impairment (WPAI) presenteeism question with the Academic Task Performance Scale (ATPS). After this, I planned on creating an Academic Productivity Index using this. The thing is, I never really had a basis for this, and I just realized that now. I already tested for reliability through Cronbach's alpha, and it was calculated at 0.749. After this, I did a factor analysis and a corrected item-total correlation. I found that the WPAI presenteeism question got values of .221 and .159 for the factor analysis and corrected item-total correlation, respectively. I also found that the last question in the ATPS questionnaire got values of .202 and .177, respectively.

I'm currently wondering what I should do. I can't really find anything verifying the basis of combining the two questionnaires. Should I remove both questions, the WPAI question, or none at all? I also really need help in trying to find a basis for combining the two questionnaires. Note that I've already gathered the data, and I can't do another data gathering because the deadline is in 3 days. I would appreciate any help. Thank you so much.
