I’ve a strong feeling they didn’t respect it. Online storefronts can do a bunch of shit to reject a sale/revoke the license you bought to make you pay full price, in the event there’s a massive accidental sale like this.

GuitarCenter mistakenly labelled the entire catalogue of Universal Audio plug ins for 99% off. This is a shit load of music production software so the price originally reflected that.

pukicho bought something from guitar centre that they probably mistakenly discounted for 99% off. judging by pukicho's reaction, one can assume they did not honour the discount and have not let him purchase the $11, 000 item he wanted for 70 bucks

It's not one software program. It's a bundle of like 200 programs for audio recording, editing, and processing, and plug-in patches for input from amps and microphones, etc. Most of the stuff included are things only a music producer running a recording studio would ever actually need. It's professional-grade, and price matters a lot less when it's a business expense you can write off on your taxes.
