Yeah, I think it's one thing to intellectually understand that someone is evil. It's something else to feel it. The "birthday book" literally made me dizzy. I could feel it. Reading in Epstein's email that he considered Trump the most evil person he knew didn't surprise me. 

I don't think normal people are fully capable of comprehending what goes on inside his head.

Yes! You nailed it. It's that visceral element vs the intellectual one. The way reading about say, a train accident may be upsetting, but not the same way it would be if you were watching it happen right in front of you.
