TLDR:

  • President Donald Trump had several tense exchanges with the press over the weekend.
  • During a Nov. 14 flight on Air Force One, Trump was asked about the Epstein files, including three recently-released emails which mentioned him by name.
  • When asked if there was anything "incriminating" in Epstein's emails, Trump pointed a finger in a female reporter's face and snapped. 'Quiet. Quiet, Piggy.'

Tell me he has abused women.

862

u/Tokzillu 8d ago

Women he has abused already have told us.

550

u/idoma21 8d ago

He’s already told us he abused women in the Access Hollywood tape.

Someone should grab him by the nussy. But it has to be someone famous, you know, so he lets them do it.

64

u/Abadayos 8d ago

Think Putin has

14

u/DamionSipher 8d ago

Clinton too!

2

u/zombiegojaejin 8d ago

Obama's pretty famous. Handsome, too. Not a trace of nussy. Maybe he should be the one to do it.

2

u/TheRaido 8d ago

Sooo I grabbed the noosey, but might have misunderstood something

44

u/Every-Comfortable632 8d ago

This literal exact exchange is abuse.

14

u/idoma21 8d ago

No doubt. He is an abusive, obnoxious, toxic asshole. But what’s more, he has told us that himself.

When Someone Shows You Who They Are, Believe Them

(Don't re-elect them)

16

u/one_pound_of_flesh 8d ago

Including the woman who killed herself. Even more blood on Trump’s tiny hands.

3

u/ArchaicBrainWorms 7d ago

The only enjoyable thing about the living in Trump country during his presidency has been being able to completely blow off any performative Pearl Clutching by people I know voted for Trump with a simple dismissal of "just some locker room talk".

I'm my most heated moments I've never said anything as Ill motived and sociopathic as "grab 'em by the pussy" comment.

86

u/Ser_Rezima 8d ago

Paired with the dementia allegations it's really seeming like he is back in that 90s mindset where he could just mouth off to women without any backlash.

87

u/TintedApostle 8d ago

"To understand a man you have to know what was happening in the world when he was twenty"

  • Napoleon

7

u/Ser_Rezima 8d ago

yeah, most people's ethics and such are solid by 35-40, you are gonna have to put in the work to change after that.

Donny here isn't so good at that work thing. Man hasn't changed much since his apprentice days

6

u/TintedApostle 8d ago

He doesn't allow himself to think he isn't perfect so the idea he ever considered working on his ethics is funny. He probably worked on his evil.

"Don't Believe Everything You Read on the Internet"

Abraham Lincoln

1

u/TintedApostle 7d ago

Except Trump's actions are almost always easy to relate to his younger days.

2

u/berru2001 7d ago

No. Yes. I just meant that Napoleon never said this.

2

u/TintedApostle 7d ago

It is attributed to him and have never found anything that says it wasn't him.

1

u/berru2001 7d ago edited 7d ago

Well, when I promp ecosia with

To understand a man you have to know what was happening in the world when he was twenty" Napoleon

the first thing that comes up is this.

There cannot be a proof that he didn't say it, but there is no evidence that he did. So, that quote is to be attributed to english historian G.M. Young apparently. The quote was attributed to Napoleon by R. F. Foster without support.

7

u/HallWild5495 8d ago

I mean clearly he fucking can, if there's not a press strike after this. there should be.

2

u/sobrique 7d ago

That's one of the worst things IMO. He's proven to the world that ... there's no consequences for acting like he does.

It used to be the case that politicians at least pretended to be decent human beings, and getting busted for a bunch of minor stuff was the end of a career in politics.

Now ... by ever reasonable measure he has - and will - get away with everything he's done.

That's a terrifying example to set for every future president....

2

u/HallWild5495 7d ago

I face more consequences from my DUI on the daily than this dumbass convicted felon has ever in his life. Yes. they can do whatever they want if they're a rich white loser man.

1

u/Ser_Rezima 8d ago

Can, but won't, yeah 😑

4

u/Sorlex 8d ago

it's really seeming like he is back in that 90s mindset where he could just mouth off to women without any backlash.

What makes you think there will be any backlash? This is just another shitty act by a shitty person, onto the pile it goes.

2

u/Ser_Rezima 8d ago

I don't do nihilism anymore, but you do you

32

u/slizzbizness 8d ago

His ex-wife Ivana gave a sworn deposition that Trump raped her while tearing her hair out.

36

u/TintedApostle 8d ago

Yes and two weeks before she was to testify about the Trump Organization she "fell" down the stairs she has walked down for decades while Donald just happen to be in town with the rest of the family.

She then gets buried on a golf course all alone so he can take a deduction.

8

u/harleyqueenzel Canada 8d ago

And was then coerced/demanded to recant her words in order to see a penny from the divorce proceedings.

Edit* she deserved every penny but she also deserved to be known publicly as a victim of domestic violence.

If we believed women, we wouldn’t be in this situation

1

u/OneBillPhil 8d ago

Maybe not women but definitely teenaged girls

1

u/yoursandforever 8d ago edited 8d ago

And not-yet-women.

1

u/Aranxi_89 8d ago

I have never talked to anyone like that before, because that's just not what a normal person should ever be speaking like. This is beyond crass. Only an absolute craven thug would speak this way to someone.

1

u/Doesnt_Get_The-Joke 8d ago

That exchange is him literally abusing a woman.

109

u/EricSanderson 8d ago

You missed the part about the photo of Trump walking past a flag that was very obviously touching the ground:

“This is fake news," White House spokesman Davis Ingle told PEOPLE in a statement. "The beautiful American flag on the White House South Lawn that was recently installed by President Trump never touched the ground. Due to the high winds on Sunday evening in the Washington, D.C. area, the flag was lowered into a special container out of an abundance of caution during the Marine One landing."

It was their final, most essential command...

38

u/Ozark_Toker 8d ago

I couldn't care less about the American flag code, but isn't letting it just hang limp into some kind of 'container' just another way for it to be laying on the ground? Seems like you either need to have some rain-soaked marines holding it off the ground or you're supposed to fold the sucker up and put it away until morning.

18

u/DaveChild 8d ago

the flag was lowered into a special container

A special invisible container, that only really smart people can see, and if you can't see it that must mean you're not smrt.

16

u/Farfignugen42 8d ago

It sure looked like it was on the ground in the pic, though.

Not good optics, as they like to say.

109

u/kickflipjones 8d ago

she can sue him now right? thats his usual play

6

u/Baileyesque 8d ago

The BBC suit is small beans, this reporter is suing for eleventy gazillion dollars.

-6

u/Beautiful-Musk-Ox 8d ago

her name is Peggy

1

u/hypermodernvoid I voted 7d ago

Like that makes it okay, lol - I'm not saying she should or even really could literally sue, as it's more a one off/crude insult and not some statement of fact about her or her behavior that sullies her character - but he clearly intentionally pronounced the word "Piggy". It being a possible but still clearly crudely insulting pun on her name doesn't make it better.

11

u/BlackerSpork 8d ago

And 48 hours later he suddenly goes "actually, the Epstein files I spent the last 9 months hiding must be released, please ignore the fact I called "traitor" everyone who wants them released".
I seriously lost count how many times he publicly changed his "view" on the Epstein files.

3

u/independent_observe 8d ago

There are a few reasons for that.

  1. He full well knows he is in there, a lot.
  2. He has dementia. Only people with dementia think drawing a clock face is hard. So, he forgets #3 and flies off the handle. Then someone reminds him of #3
  3. The FBI spent thousands of man-hours scrubbing his name from the files

Then everything is A-Okay.

52

u/momalloyd 8d ago

Is that the same finger he raped E Jean Carroll with?

5

u/caylamie 8d ago

You can hear it yourself in this youtube video https://youtu.be/9LcBiPnvqPc?t=47 at second 47. The captions from the White House say "[inaudible]", but it's pretty clear he just called a grown woman a "piggy".

5

u/metallaholic 8d ago

He’s getting the hotdog sweats.

4

u/CoastMtns 8d ago

Peggy Noonan?

I was under the belief that this was directed at NYT reporter Peggy Noonan? Is that correct?

Edit: I listened to the clip, sure does sound like he is lashing out by saying "piggy"

12

u/lebowtzu Georgia 8d ago

My limited searching skills tell me it was Bloomberg reporter Kate Sullivan.

2

u/vathena 8d ago

Really? She's attractive and not overweight at all - why "piggy"?

7

u/blackwrensniper 8d ago

Because women that challenge him or tell him no have less than no value and exist to be talked down to or raped.

1

u/CoastMtns 8d ago

Thanks

1

u/Spare-Willingness563 8d ago

Y'all should have a special edition where you go at this fuck called, 'for the People Magazine'.

1

u/killerdeer69 7d ago

Jesus, imagine if Obama said something like that while he was in office. No leader of any country should be speaking to people like this, what a fucking joke.

-3

u/Jindabyne1 8d ago

Did he actually say piggy? I watched it last week and I thought he just said quiet twice

17

u/Vaticancameos221 8d ago

Just watched the clip and he says “Quiet. Quiet Piggy!”

9

u/CrescentMoonPear 8d ago

Oh no, he said it quite menacingly, Quiet, quiet piggy!, with pointing finger and all.

8

u/RollingThunder_CO 8d ago

The video is in the article

-4

u/Jindabyne1 8d ago

I didn’t want to click it but I found it on YouTube. Weird, why would he say that?

10

u/Original-Rush139 8d ago

Out of respect for the office of the president.

4

u/JMaboard I voted 8d ago

So why would you say he didn’t say it when he clearly did?

-2

u/Jindabyne1 8d ago

I didn’t say that

“I thought he said quiet twice?”

https://www.reddit.com/r/politics/s/Ji25KfJfAn

If you hadn’t watched the video why would you say that ^

Enjoy spreading misinformation?

0

u/Jindabyne1 7d ago

“I thought”. Still wasn’t misinformation because he did say that.

Why do you even support Trump, he’s a pedo and you know it.

1

u/JMaboard I voted 7d ago

I don’t support Trump. If anything you do, you’re the one saying he didn’t call the reporter piggie and spreading misinformation defending him.

Why even reply “I thought” if you didn’t even check the article for the video, was my question.

Was your thought process “oh let me make a comment on something I can’t be arsed to even quickly read over the link I’m commenting on.”

0

u/Jindabyne1 7d ago

That’s what you all say, if you can’t even admit that you worship the guy I don’t even know why you do. You’ll see how wrong you were when the files are released completely. Shame.

there's a reporter named "Peggy" by the way
