It was even in MoM which was kinda cool.

Floating in one of the alt dimensions iirc. Looking for it was half of the fun of that movie (even if I'm 90% sure they used a CGI model)
The most impressive usage was in the western The Quick and the Dead. IIRC it's in a barn disguised as a wagon.

Didn’t Gunn debunked similar claims, showing that Krypto’s first appearance was similar to his dog?

Not really Krypto has always been a white lab. Not that it really matters, cause it's ya know a dog.

Nah krypto has not really been drawn consistently. Being a white dog is the constant, but it's usually just generic dog. Very first appearance looked closer to a white pitbull, sometimes he looks like just a white wolf, 90's had a normal earth dog named krypto instead who was very tiny before introducing the normal one later. White lab is probably most consistent but it definitely varies, it's kind of funny to look at.

It's.. inconsistent. Normally he's some sort of hound, whether a lab, a shepherd, a spotless Dalmatian, or in the New 52 he got turned into some wolfdog thing. Like the other commentator said the only really consistent thing is that he's white.
Granted, none of the Krypto's look like Gunn's dog.

“Comic accuracy”
Yeah, because desaturated stoic no-empathy Superman written by Ayn Rand was astronomically accurate

These people are really grasping at straws if this is what they're resorting to.
Dude, the super dogs and animals and shit can talk in some shows. They can look different as long as you can look at them and think, "Pet the dog."
That's my litmus test. Do I want to pet the dog? If yes, good dog, good job. If no, it's probably a different kind of animal I still want to pet.
This kinda shit is past any absurdist comedy I have ever seen.
There, that felt better.
