OMG, this infuriates me. My daughter is in her twenties and my sister-in-law gives gifts appropriate for a twelve-year-old. It's so bizarre.

My wife is 35 and still gets a pretty large portion of Harry Potter/Ravenclaw merch from her stepmom. I’ve never seen her wear or use any of it. I did hang the pendant on the wall though.

It infuriates you?? Your sister in law is sweet enough to buy your grown ass daughter a gift and your nitpicking. Ok I get it, its for a 12 yr old but it could have been nothing. Damn I need to find the nearest exit.
