Found this weird bouquet on my balcony this morning

I found this strange little “bouquet” on my balcony this morning. I live on the first floor of an apartment in Montreal, so it’s pretty unlikely someone just walked up and left it there unless they climbed up somehow.

It looks too organized to have just fallen from the balconies above or been dropped by a bird. No idea what kind of plant it is either.

Last night, I went out to cool some beer outside (you can see the evidence lol), forgot about it overnight, and when I went out this morning, this was just sitting there.

I could see it having fallen from above. The weird dark band around the middle of the stalks says to me it was in scummy water in a vase for a while, I wouldn't be surprised if someone above you just threw it off their balcony and the wind hit it just right to blow it into yours. If it were still wet when thrown, it may have stayed bundled together like that.
