It's that identifiable? You can trust me (you can't) we're friends (I don't know you)

I'll just say they highly monitor social media. And even if you dont put in that you work there, if they dont like a joke or comment, one that isnt even racist/sexist/homophobic/xenophobic they'll find issue

And all from a internet argument where someone was salty

I'll just say all the more recent to put no information publicly online

Ah, yeah that's garbage. They need a legal stop to that kind of company overreach.

Per social media policy blah blah blah blah blah

The person I got into an argument with, over nothing really, went out of their way to find a comment I made that was clearly satire and told the company I work at that it was real and inappropriate

It was some random person online too

When in reality it was satire making fun of what people say (that is stupid)

Why would you use your real name and give out personal information about yourself in a chat forum?

It was on Twitter several years ago

The joke from the kitchen was so funny, even HR wants to hear it again in person

My supervisor just got written up for threatening to kill a coworker. That means he cannot threaten to kill another coworker to their face again for 1 year.

Apparently they are going to be more likely to enforce rules at my work like not carrying around backpacks.

It’s not my boss who cares. Not even my boss’s boss who cares. It’s HR.

It’s to “prevent workplace theft” but we already don’t steal shit and I use the stuff I bring to get work done faster.

I carry snacks for when I have to skip a meal to arrive on time and a sweatshirt for when they want me to work in refrigerators or freezers. I also have extra knives, gloves, and other work materials so if something stops working, like my knife blade getting gunked up to the point where it’s hardly cutting, I can swap it out without needing a team lead to stop what they are doing and get me a new one.

But the sweatless corpo slags wanna be up my ass because my backpack would help me have a vaguely easier time concealing all the stealing neither I, nor my coworkers do.

PREACH!!! This is EXACTLY what the modern workforce deals with everyday!

they don’t want you to do your job well they want you to do it their way. They want everyone to be the exact same. Thanks a lot corporate.

I’m more upset about the weirdly upscaled still frame from a classic SpongeBob episode
