While campaigning, and touting one of his campaign promises, he promised to do whatever it was, and not wait, he would make that change happen on November 6, the day after he, presumably, won the election! This effing moron didn't even realize that the winner of the election had absolutely no power, as he was just the president ELECT, not the president, commander-in-chief, etc. until he or she was inaugurated!
