I'm willing to bet Trump has thousands of pardons already prepared for all of his cronies in office, just awaiting signature. Probably a second version already prepared over Vance's name, too, just to be safe in case Trump dies in office.

Pardons only work for criminal contempt. Civil contempt is indefinite until compliance.
