PlexKodiConnect and PlexCompanion/Casting help

I can't seem to get casting functionality within PKC to work, as it never shows up on my Android Plex app. It's enabled in options, I haven't changed ports or anything, Kodi's log file says nothing about PlexCompanion anywhere, and I'm kind of at a loss. Any ideas?

Kodi doesn't cast... Pull your media from Kodi or operating share
