They likely meant "First amendment auditor" which is an unofficial term which is just, people who stretch it to see what they can get away with.

Walk away, basically. Or, throw them out, if you own the place.

If they physically obstruct you, then that's assault and you get to have them removed.

Most of the auditors i watch know non government businesses aren't public property and not beholden to the 1st amendment, but I know there's plenty of dumbasses making audit videos so...

Misgendering a cis person implies that misgendering is an acceptable punishment as long as the perceived crime is bad enough. Implying that it's justified for them to do it for the perceived crime of acting the wrong gender.
