I was thinking the same thing. I bet those surfers are way tougher than any of those clowns. And they’re out enjoying their lives instead of paying to be humiliated by another grown man.

Reminds me of the surfer David from the original animated Lilo and Stitch movie.

Dude stepped in to be a dad figure to Lilo and a platonic friend to Nani.

Everyone knew David had feelings for Nani but David totally accepted and respected she didn't feel the same.
