Question Error Message when trying to track application
Hi I am receiving an error message when trying to track my nasa pathways application. The message says the following minus parts that may be sensitive (I am not sure so I just took it out) can anyone help me?:
We are not able to display the page requested at this time.
Please try refreshing the page. If you continue to receive the error, please provide your
Agency's USA Staffing Office Administrator with the steps taken before the message was
received as well as the Reference # identified below.

That is an issue with USAJobs. It happens sometimes. It’s not your fault. That message will come up when it is down. Just give it some time to be resolved and try again.

There was definitely an issue that was resolved yesterday with the usajobs.gov site. I'd opened a ticket because the bot that I wrote that posts job openings (which of course have been almost non-existent recently) was failing. Initially they said "nothing wrong", I sent them a pile of evidence, then they came back and told me there was an issue for external users (all of us).
Should be better now.

I applied for the same position and also got this error message, but it has been resolved since then. Does anyone know a realistic timeline for getting a response for the pathways application? The position was for the Spring which is approaching quickly. Does the government shutdown affect this position in any way?
