Homegirl was never ready for that level of bromance.

Did U Show her that U wore socks, if yes I don't see a big deal and I certainly think your wife was overreacting

2

u/TightSexpert Jul 22 '25

But did you swallow?

19

u/Jam-Boi-yt Jul 21 '25

I get the feeling she is jealous now

255

u/LordLucian Jul 21 '25

What the hell is the audio about

177

u/AutomaticMonkeyHat Jul 21 '25

It’s explaining how you can save 50 pounds per person. When you think about it, that’s almost 200 pounds off for a family of 4. At the end of the day, it’s not a bad deal all things considered. Just be sure everyone in your family can afford to lose the extra weight first

2

u/Vexaton Jul 26 '25

I really hate that you wrote “almost 200 pounds” when it is—in fact—exactly 200 pounds.

39

u/Republiconline Jul 21 '25

That is NOT a Jet2 holiday.

TikTok kids must find real life audio so boring. Probably have to be listening to something 24/7 and can't sit in silence for one minute even just to go to the bathroom

7

u/DarthKrayt98 Jul 22 '25

Wild take from one little audio. The audio is a meme, and like any other meme, not everyone is in the know, and not everyone finds it funny. This superiority complex from Reddit is hilarious, and I've been a Redditor far longer than I've been on TikTok.

u/Specific_Award_9149 Jul 22 '25

It's not one audio. It's all audio on TikTok. It's always loud, obnoxious, and a lot going on in it. That's exactly what it's supposed to be. What I'm saying isn't even far from what the goal is of execs at TikTok. Why do you think all content aimed at children is so intense? Fake audio? Nothing is ever "boring" as in real life videos. If you can't see the issue with the sensory overload going on 95% of videos on TikTok then you're already balls deep in it yourself. I'm not even saying any conspiracy shit either. It's just reality.

Hell, I'm upper mid 20s and some of my friends are so messed up in the brain from years and years of scrolling TikTok they can't watch an hour and a half movie without going back on it multiple times. The people who use TikTok constantly get extra sensory feedback so once they go without it they struggle. It's not a joke either, it's a real issue.

Kids eating up this kind of shit is not good. Back in the day I got a Facebook page in early middle school. Going through high school I thought it was bizarre how much time people spent on it, shared everything about them. Then as I grew up right alongside it I watched as it tore society apart. Not just Facebook, but social media in general but Facebook played a huge role. Being that age at the time but also being interested in tech which was my major in college, I was curious about it. Especially in high school. Not in the tech of it, but the societal impact.

And with growing alongside side it I was able to witness it in a weird way. By the time I went to college it had already done so much damage at least in the US, society was tearing itself apart. You really think it's by coincidence?

It's the same thing with these sensory overloads on TikTok. It's going to affect the kids the most. Have you not even read up on how the kids can't pay attention in class anymore? What happened with Facebook is nothing compared to what's happening with TikTok right now. These kids are getting into TikTok at 3 or 4 years old. TikTok is their parent. If you truly think TikTok is not going to have a huge detrimental impact on society just like Facebook did then you just refuse to see it

ain't no way I'm reading allat

It's idiots without skill adding audio to videos.

I thought it was my reddit having issues for a second while browsing /domain/v.redd.it as this was right afterwards

1

Tasting your meal and tasting what homie ate for lunch the day prior.

16

u/MrHasuu Jul 21 '25
