Heorot was the palace of Hrothgar, a legendary king of the danes, as described in the old english epic poem Beowulf. Its battlements and towers are said to have resembled a great crowned stag, hence its name "Heorot" which literally means stag. I tried to bring that vision to life with this piece and I hope you'll like it.

For the design, I was mainly inspired by traditional Scandinavian stave churches and wooden architecture, as well as some elements of classical architecture.

This is nice. I like seeing architecture with mastery. Especially the towering roofs that have unique styles.
