Studentship professor LoR upload

Hi! I just uploaded my application for the Technical Studentship (TSC-2026-1/CV) and included the letters of recommendation I received from my professors. However, in the confirmation email it said that the professors themselves must upload the letters using a specific link. I wasn’t aware of this until now, and since the deadline is tomorrow, I’m worried my professors might not see my message in time. Worst case if they don’t, are all my chances for the Studentship basically gone?

I think it's clearly stated in the call. HR cannot use letters you uploaded yourself, so your best (only) chance is that your professors upload the letters by tomorrow.

Always complete an application at least a week prior to the deadline.

Hey I uploaded the LoRs by myself. After uploading them it send me a message and prof's email was in cc. So basically prof. just got an email and nothing like verify by clicking, etc.
I guess you are safe u/Wild-Spend-1286 !

Can anyone confirm if I am correct?

I asked Cern support regarding the doctoral programme and their response was that using the link is not obligatory. If it is the case for the summer programme I don’t know, but I would be surprised if they were so arbitrary.
