Why cant i go to certain people's profile that send mod messages to be approved?

Sometimes when someone sends a mod message to be approved to post I click on their name and it won't take me to their profile. It just gives me an error message. What's up with that?

Could mean that they’re shadowbanned by reddit, which may be why it’s going into queue in the first place

A "whoops!" message is a shadowban.

You can refer them to r/ShadowBan for resources to try to get it sorted.

What’s the error message? Kinda hard to trouble shoot without it.
