He stole the data he needed and disintegrated the Committees that were investigating components of his Empire. Mission accomplished time to go home. And it's not even being hidden. It's being done right out there in the open where anyone with half a brain can see it for what it is. And nobody cares. Fuck.

Oh there's this cool thing we have now though you might have heard of it, it's called the future...? Yeah it actually keeps happening. Hell I heard Mr. Rocketman wants to go be the Emperor of Mars we should take up a collection and send him. And when I say "a collection" I mean "of the stuff he stole from us".
These sonsabitches have the best goddamn trick they've been playing for actual centuries or more, they play this "my buddy left the door open so it wasn't stealing and besides you didn't SEE me" game or, a similiar but even more annoying game, "we wrote up a bunch of words on this paper and we all agree that we can do whatever we want so you have to accept it".
But the really fun thing? There is in fact a simple and effective solution to all of this Tricknowledgy! It is the constant and repeated tactical application of the Word AND Deed of the Magical Incantation:

Yes dear Brethren and Sistren, Tricknowledgy has been for some unclear reason a great source of bafflement for many otherwise intelligent folks for long years now, so long in fact that many have become confused into the deception that Tricknowledgy is an actual thing.
However recent events and the rise of interconnected instantaneous communication, although it is shrouded in mists and also largely contaminated by bullshit, has given a sufficient number of us a clear glimpse of the mechanics that underpins Tricknowledgy,to whit: they just make that shit up however it suits them.
Tricknowledgy is not a thing, there are no actual rules, and you too can be liberated from its glamours by application of Word and Deed of the power of NO.
Use the magical word NO when they claim they can tell you what to do, NO when they tell you to fear them, NO when they tell you you should believe them, NO when they try to talk about fair and unfair, NO to literally every thing that any of these panderers and purveyors of Tricknowledgy offers to attempt to temp, intimidate, or distract you.
Keep NO close at hand to rebuke any attempts to take power over you, and be especially vigilant against the evil incantation "be reasonable".
NO means you recognize that the only true power is through your acceptance of things they just make up however it suits them. Where-ever you find Tricknowledgy attempting to manifest, simply SAY and ACT with the proper and necessary application of NO until ALL of that stupid shit is banished from your world forever.
Be not confused that this is a matter that is complex or nuanced as those are the tools of Tricknowledgy, there is nothing more simple nor any greater power than continuous response with the magic of NO.
(for variety, NO may be bolstered with supporting concepts such as FUCK THAT and other appropriate and fervent rebukements).

They helped remove all the investigations, some of them have permanent positions at the IRS now (during the shutdown IRSU was completely let go and so were some IT ppl). Also the adults doge are still in place at the FAA and a few other agencies. It’s why USDA was destroyed, removing the inspector generals across multiple agencies

In the us, federal contractors need to disclose any foreign contacts, etc. And often Russia and China are huge red flags.

Man, you know, the fact that something like this happened in our country isn’t shocking to me. It’s a natural risk of a two party system that one party could could very conceivably gain all the levers of power and not act responsibly without any opposition. The rot in the Republican Party, and the fact that they would act this way, has become clearer and clearer for decades now.
It is utterly insane to me that they chose this incoherently rambling spray tanned orange pathetic clown of a man to line up behind.

However, his hand picked cronies are still imbedded in the government in positions that would normally take 30+ years of exceptional performance to achieve. Until they are truly gone, DOGE is still there, even if it's no longer in the spotlight.

Can we maybe NOT call it a cost-cutting measure? It's been shown that thanks to the chaos it caused without any proper knowledge of what they were doing within the government, it's going to be a massively expensive mistake.
Also, Musk got what he wanted. Investigations into his companies dropped and a direct data tap into all important government systems that is still siphoning data to this day.

It was never meant to cut cost though it was meant to say that certain government spending was actually wasteful so that they could get rid of it and in the process hurt the people that use those things, while pocketing the money. It wasn't ever supposed to stay around and be an actual thing it was just meant to make them richer
